help from anywhere.

This temporary beta bridge opens Google Chrome Remote Desktop. You stay at your computer, generate a one-time code, and explicitly approve the person who connects.

On the computer that needs help

Share this computer

  1. Open the secure support service below.
  2. Under Get Support, follow Google’s install prompt if shown, then choose Generate Code.
  3. Send the one-time code privately to your trusted helper.
  4. Check their Google account shown on screen, then choose Share.

Control their computer

  1. Open the same secure support service.
  2. Under Give Support, enter the code they sent you.
  3. Wait for them to approve your account before control begins.
  4. Disconnect when the help session is complete.
